V-NO COVID19 Procedures

Our staff will wear masks at all times and gloves when delivering anything to your table and when taking payment. ALL STAFF will have their temperature taken and documented before their shift. Anyone showing any fever will be sent home immediately and not schedule to work again until they are cleared by a doctor.

ALL tables on our patio will be controlled by a manager on site.  No one will be allowed to self-seat. The tables have been reconfigured to ensure no two patrons are within 6 feet of each other. By law we are not allowed to seat more than 6 people at any table.

All tables and chairs will be wiped down between customers. We have hired an outside cleaning agency to deep clean the inside of V-NO even though only the bathroom will be accessible to patrons.

To minimize contact and risk, we will not be accepting cash. All payments will be made by credit card. Orders can be placed and paid for online from your phone while at VNO and items will be brought to your table.  Patrons may also use our disposable menus to place orders at the door and one of our servers will bring your order to the table after payment has been made. Payments will be processed at each table. Our servers will be using handheld mobile devices to ensure a minimal contact payment method.

To reduce risk, we will not allow anyone inside VNO except to use the rest room. The rest room will be deep cleaned nightly.
